Automatic Screwdriving System SPATZ

The SPATZ is a screw driving robot with automatic tool change and automatic feeding of the fasteners via a Pick&Place system. Fasteners of different geometries can be screwed with the SPATZ. This is possible by the modular design and use of various screw driving tools and grippers. Further applications can be adapted at any time. The fasteners are fed via Pick&Place. Depending on the variant, the feed unit has an internal or an external supply unit. The program structure is already provided by the SPATZ cap, only the respective positions still have to be taught, which reduces the commissioning time to a minimum.

Easy Pick and Drive Screwdriving System .2 - 12 Nm

The easy, industry 4.0 ready automated screwdriving solution. This kit comes complete with a Desoutter CVIR controller and 1 of 3 ERS tool models availbale: ERS2, ERS6, ERS12. The kit also comes with a screw presenter for magnetic screws 2-6mm in diameter up to 25mm in length. All I/O connections will be pre-wired on the Desoutter tool side and will include three I/O modules to easily plug and play on the existing Universal Robot controller. High-Torque Screwdriving Solution

Cobot screwdriving up to 140 N.m (103 ft. lbs) This solution is made possible by combining Cobot with Estic's patented pulse technology, which significantly reduces torque reaction, thus the load to Cobot joints.

Every Estic tool is equipped with a transducer and encoder to capture torque and angle data. This mechanism also enables various tightening controls while allowing detections of tightening defects such as cross-thread and floating screws.

LiFo storage system

With the LiFo storage system (feeder with storage) you get a stand-alone solution for the flexible storage of workpieces with a backup time of up to 16 hours for your assembly line, packaging or processing machine, for example during the night shift, to expand your capacities or to compensate for staff shortages.

The integrated cobot (collaborating robot) UR5e enables it to take over various handling tasks after convienient adjustment of the parameters. The LiFo storage system takes over the loading and unloading of your equipment, component testing, various measuring tasks or several assembly steps.

By using a servo gripper, the LiFo storage system handles your vulnerable parts (for example glass, ceramics) very gently. The LiFo storage system has an OPC UA interface.

With its convenient transport option, the LiFo storage system can be used flexibly in your production. You can position the LiFo storage system using the integrated transport rollers. For larger distances, holders for industrial trucks are incorporated.

Workpieces are picked up in the task-specific modified workpiece carrier (in the standard version with a pick-up area of 250 x 400 mm and a max. total weight of 40 kg/WT).

This application kit comes with the MicroTorque MTF6000 controller, QMC & QMT spindle, smart vacuum pump MT and screw dispensing system, perfect for screwdriving ranges for low torque tightening. The MicroTorque system provides precision tightening for applications up to 2.5 Nm (22 in-lbs) of torque. The MicroTorque system also has error-proofing features ideal for use in robotic applications, such as cross-thread detection and the ability to detect missing screws, which would trigger the robot to try to pick up another screw.

The interface between the Universal Robot and the MicroTorque system is intuitive, and operators can easily follow the visual cues in the interface to program and optimize the MicroTorque system for use on the robot. Screwdriving System DEPRAG Plus

Screwdriving system for automated screw assembly including automatic feeding. The system can be combined with step, sword and vibratory spiral feeding machines, or even screw presenters.
