Cobot screwdriving up to 140 N.m (103 ft. lbs) This solution is made possible by combining Cobot with Estic's patented pulse technology, which significantly reduces torque reaction, thus the load to Cobot joints. Every Estic tool is equipped with a transducer and encoder to capture torque and angle data. 1. Cobot moves to the pre-taught feed position to pick up the fasteners[1].
2. Cobot moves to the pre-taught tightening position.
3. The tool starts the rundown by applying pulse or intermittent torque.[2]
4. The pulse torque gradually increases and stops when target torque is reached.

[1] For application using bolt feeders The tool can be equipped with a magnetized socket to pick up the fasteners from a pre-taught feed position. Signals such as ""Fastener Present"" from the feeder can be integrated into Estic's controller using discrete IO and configured using URCaps.

[2] Estic Management Software Estic proprietary Management software enables the user to customize target torque and pulse settings to your requirement. The software is included in the starter package.
