- Cobot moves to the pre-taught feed position to pick up the fasteners[1].
- Cobot moves to the pre-taught tightening position.
- The tool starts the rundown by applying pulse or intermittent torque.[2]
- The pulse torque gradually increases and stops when target torque is reached.
[1] For application using bolt feeders The tool can be equipped with a magnetized socket to pick up the fasteners from a pre-taught feed position. Signals such as ""Fastener Present"" from the feeder can be integrated into Estic's controller using discrete IO and configured using URCaps.
[2] Estic Management Software Estic proprietary Management software enables the user to customize target torque and pulse settings to your requirement. The software is included in the starter package.
