FlexiGrip GR100 UR kit

Joulin's FlexiGrip is a series of light, small and robust foam vaccum grippers. They are the perfect fit for the handling of uneven and size variable products. Integrated venturi generator allows quick pick-up with enough flow to handle porous products. Four standard sizes are availlable with the various Joulin's technologies inside.
The gripper comes with the fixture, the control valve as well as the URCap plugin for a quick and easy integration.

Flexion Radial/Parallel Pneu-Connect Gripper

The PHD Pneu-Connect® with Flexion Gripper is a cost-effective pneumatic end-effector system featuring built-in valves, mounting, and the URCap software package which provides seamless integration with Universal Robots. PHD FLEXION, a new technology inspired by the ultimate gripper: the human hand, is suitable for both collaborative and industrial applications. FLEXION’s configurable design allows for an unparalleled range of application ability and offers the potential to solve challenges that previously had no answer.

Finger arrays of one to five fingers can be mounted to the parallel or radial hub and positioned to suit the user’s unique requirements. The arrays can be rotated on the hub to spread opposing arrays apart or together for optimal workpiece encapsulation. Each finger can be equipped with up to two switches to sense positions such as “part gripped”, “missed part”, or “starting position.”

FLEXION’s Parallel and Radial models solve many difficult applications including variable shaped items, irregular shapes, or items that are sensitive and can be crushed, loose-filled bags, and even items intended for human hands.

FQE Vacuum Area Gripping

The FQE is a flexible area gripper for handling products regardless of size and geometry. The gripper enables the handling of products from different pick-up positions.

Thanks to its modular design and size variance, the gripper can be specially adapted to a wide range of workpiece and process characteristics. For example, a choice can be made between sealing elements made of foam or plug-in suction cups. The alternatives with internal or external vacuum generation offer further starting points for individualization.

With the energy-efficient internal vacuum generation, the operating costs of the overall system can be reduced. The optionally integrated control valves reduce cycle times and interference contours.

FXCB Robot Set

The FXCB robot set is ideal for handling workpieces in the field of intralogistics using pneumatic vacuum generation.
The set contains all the components required to assemble a complete gripper, thus enabling easy assembly and commissioning.

The sealing element of the gripper consists of either a sealing foam or suction cups. Suction cups are perfect for use when handling uneven workpieces.
Thanks to the URCap, the gripper can be perfectly adapted to your individual needs.

MATCH End-of-Arm-Ecosystem

The End-of-Arm Ecosystem MATCH is a multifunctional platform for applications in the areas of Pick&Place, mobile robotics, order picking, the pharmaceutical industry as well as in the packaging industry.
