Overview

The End-of-Arm Ecosystem MATCH is a multifunctional platform for applications in the areas of PickPlace, mobile robotics, order picking, the pharmaceutical industry as well as in the packaging industry. Standardized interfaces allow switching between different vacuum grippers and mechanical grippers - automated in a storage station or manually by an ergonomic one-hand click system.

The SBPG is a ready-to-connect vacuum gripper for the automated removal of parts from containers with a chaotic or pre-sorted packing pattern. Thanks to the special bin-picking suction cup SVE, optimum sealing and holding force is achieved, even when gripping freely formed parts or at the workpiece corners and edges. The special suitability for the packaging and logistics sector is reinforced by the low net weight and compact dimensions of the gripper. Variations with integrated or external vacuum generation are available. Since the air supply is fully integrated in both variants, interfering contours caused by vacuum hoses are avoided. The SCG-HSS flow gripper is designed for gentle handling of highly structured, dimensionally stable workpieces with a height difference of up to 25 mm. The gripper consists of two core elements: the integrated vacuum generator and the flexibly adjustable gripping surface. This is realized by a pin curtain that gently adapts to the surface structure of the workpiece and is pneumatically fixed in position. This adaptation to individual workpiece contours eliminates the need for costly set-up times. Thus, handling of workpieces in batch size 1 can be realized with low operating costs. Thanks to the ESD-compliant design, there is protection against uncontrolled electrostatic discharge. This makes the gripper suitable for use in PCB handling as well as for unloading injection molding machines and for packaging processes.

Sack-Gripper PSSG

The sack gripper PSSG enables the automated handling of sacks. It is versatile and can be used for paper, plastic and woven sacks, including porous or low-fill bags. The gripper ensures reliable handling of a wide range of materials and geometries thanks to an innovative, durable sealing element made of FDA-compliant silicone.  Its modular design results in a low gripper weight and enables easy maintenance. Direct access to device data via smartphone is possible via an NFC interface. Options such as rigid connection or height compensation are available. Vacuum generation is integrated via the energy-saving SEP lard ejector modules. The sack gripper is available with integrated vacuum generation (PSSG-X) or with external vacuum generation (PSSG-M). It fits to Universal Robot´s UR10e as well as to UR20 and UR30 depending on the sack payload.
