RECB Lightweight
The robot set RECB is ideally suited for handling suction-tight or porous and uneven workpieces. Thanks to the optimized design of the vacuum suction cup, the handling set is designed for use in palletizing and depalletizing processes with flexible workpieces, such as filled cardboard boxes. The powerful vacuum generation enables low cycle and evacuation times as well as a high level of leakage compensation. The set contains all components required to build a complete gripper and thus enables easy assembly and commissioning. Thanks to the URCap, the gripper can be perfectly adapted to your individual requirements.

The powerful vacuum generation enables low cycle and evacuation times as well as a high level of leakage compensation. The set contains all components required to build a complete gripper and thus enables easy assembly and commissioning. Thanks to the URCap, the gripper can be perfectly adapted to your individual requirements.
The Robot Set RECB contains a pneumatic vacuum generator, which functions as a ready-to-connect gripping system with the vacuum suction cups supplied. To do this, attach the flange plate to your robot arm and mount the vacuum generator. Then connect the vacuum generator to the robot using the connection cable. In addition, route the compressed air hose along the robot arm to your compressed air source. You can then attach the vacuum suction pad to the vacuum generator.
The supplied URCap allows you to adjust the gripper to your individual needs.
