Overview

The Vision & Handling Set 3D-R contains an electric vacuum generator ECBPi, which functions as a ready-to-connect gripping system with the end effector including an extension and different suction cups.
In combination with the included camera system and the corresponding software, the set offers a solution for both the BoxPick (rectangular, sorted workpieces) and the ItemPick (free-form, unsorted workpieces).
Mount the components as described in the operating instructions.
With the help of the supplied URCap you can now easily adjust the set to your individual needs.

The SBPG is a ready-to-connect vacuum gripper for the automated removal of parts from containers with a chaotic or pre-sorted packing pattern. Thanks to the special bin-picking suction cup SVE, optimum sealing and holding force is achieved, even when gripping freely formed parts or at the workpiece corners and edges. Robot Set SCG-HSS

The SCG-HSS flow gripper is designed for gentle handling of highly structured, dimensionally stable workpieces with a height difference of up to 25 mm. The gripper consists of two core elements: the integrated vacuum generator and the flexibly adjustable gripping surface. Sack-Gripper PSSG

The sack gripper PSSG enables the automated handling of sacks. It is versatile and can be used for paper, plastic and woven sacks, including porous or low-fill bags.
