FQE Vacuum Area Gripping
The FQE is a flexible area gripper for handling products regardless of size and geometry. The gripper enables the handling of products from different pick-up positions. Thanks to its modular design and size variance, the gripper can be specially adapted to a wide range of workpiece and process characteristics. For example, a choice can be made between sealing elements made of foam or plug-in suction cups. The alternatives with internal or external vacuum generation offer further starting points for individualization. With the energy-efficient internal vacuum generation, the operating costs of the overall system can be reduced. The optionally integrated control valves reduce cycle times and interference contours.

The FQE area gripper is ideal for use in stationary handling tasks with collaborative robots. The gripper is suitable for fully automated applications and is typically used in pick & place applications or end-of-line packaging in intralogistics. Depending on the sealing element and vacuum, payloads of up to 35 kg can be handled.
The grippers are particularly suitable for handling products in the automotive, glass or electronics sectors.
