Overview

The SGM-SV handling set is ideal for handling ferromagnetic components. Wherever perforated sheets, complex laser-cut components, sheets with holes and cutouts have to be gripped, the SGM-SV shows its strengths. The magnetic gripper with a holding force of 100 N is supported by a gripping surface with friction ring that absorbs high lateral forces. The handling set is suitable for human-robot collaboration. The bistable function of the permanent magnet ensures safe gripping even in the event of a power failure.

Screw the housing to your robot flange. Connect the compressed air and power supply. The gripper can be parameterized quickly and easily via the commissioning software. A distinction is made between the switching states ""gripping"" and ""depositing"".
