Shipment date for robots with updated clean room certification: October

We are happy to share that we have passed and received certification for Cleanroom class 4
with UR15.
From October forward, we will ship UR15 with Cleanroom Class 4.

Existing products:
The update is not backward compatible. Purchased UR15 robots do not comply with the
cleanroom class 4.

Cleanroom Class 4 Value Proposition
This certification meets stringent cleanliness standards according to ISO 14644-1. -14,
minimizing particle emissions and contamination. This is crucial for industries like
semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and aerospace, where
even minor contamination can lead to significant defects or failures.
