Robotiq Wrist Camera
- The Wrist Camera can locate parts automatically without jigs or fixtures.
- Teach, edit and run directly on the teach pendant.
- Operate the Wrist Camera with ease, no matter your skill level.
- Locate many parts in one snapshot.
- Ensure consistent part detection.
- Plug + Play on all Universal Robots.
How does it work?Teach your parts directly from the teach pendant on any unstructured work plane using the Wrist Camera’s user-friendly interface. Adjust focus and built-in light to your application and optimize settings for teach & runtime conditions. Multi-object part detection provides your robot with multiple random part positions – in one snapshot – to accelerate cycle times. Seamlessly integrates with any Robotiq Adaptive Gripper and connects directly to the UR robot wrist without any extra hardware needed.
Locate the right part and position with the Wrist Camera and insert it precisely & gently using the Robotiq FT 300 Force Torque Sensor and any Adaptive Gripper.
Use color to drastically improve model detection and enable object sorting during the part’s handling, making the most of each robot cycle.
