The SBPG is a ready-to-connect vacuum gripper for the automated removal of parts from containers with a chaotic or pre-sorted packing pattern. Thanks to the special bin-picking suction cup SVE, optimum sealing and holding force is achieved, even when gripping freely formed parts or at the workpiece corners and edges. The special suitability for the packaging and logistics sector is reinforced by the low net weight and compact dimensions of the gripper. Variations with integrated or external vacuum generation are available. Since the air supply is fully integrated in both variants, interfering contours caused by vacuum hoses are avoided. Optionally, the integrated swivel module offers additional speed advantages for the automated handling process.

How does it work?
The SBPG bin picker is supplied as a ready-to-connect set.
Mount the flange plate with pneumatic connections on your robot. The basic module consists of a vacuum switch VSI with display as well as NFC and IO-Link interface. Please connect this electrically. Optionally, the basic module is available with pneumatic vacuum generator and silencer and / or pneumatic cylinder for variants with swiveling unit. The functional module of the swiveling unit can be swiveled by 45° on one side. An actuator quick coupler and suction cup form the end piece of the gripper.
