Control Box Connection Ports
| Description |
The Control Box provides the primary interfaces for communication and data handling within the robot system.
The integrated Ethernet interface enables connection to networked systems, such as PLCs and other control devices, supporting data exchange, remote access, and seamless integration into automated production environments. In addition, the Control Box includes USB ports for local data operations, allowing easy transfer of programs, backups, and software updates to support commissioning, maintenance, and service activities.
The Control Box (CB7) has 5 Ethernet ports (3 on the connector plate, 1 end-of-arm, and 1 Teach Pendant), 2 USB-A ports, 2 USB-C ports with DisplayPort on both USB-C ports, and an I/O terminal block with 16 configurable digital I/O, analog I/O, and encoder inputs.
