Connecting Teach Pendant (TP7) to Control Box (CB7)
| Description |
The Teach Pendant (TP7 ) is connected to the Control Box (CB7) to operate, program, and monitor the robot system. The connection provides power and communication between the Teach Pendant and the Control Box.
After establishing the connection, the TP7 serves as the system's user interface, enabling user interaction with the robot through the CB7.

There is only one port in the CB7, called ethTP, where the TP7 cable fits so you cannot plug it into the wrong one. After physical connection, CB7 automatically provides network settings to the pendant, the pendant discovers CB7 services, and the PolyScope X interface loads on the TP7 screen. The TP7 can be connected to or disconnected from the CB7 at any system power state. The TP7 always has a length of cable that can be a tripping hazard if you do not store it properly. Always store the TP7 and the cable properly to avoid tripping hazards. |
