In August 2023, Universal Robots launched the new CB5.5 controller which is compatible with the
UR20 and UR30. Until now, the CB5.5 controller has only been available in the cabinet variant.

We are pleased to announce that we are shipping the CB5.5 OEM versions including the CB5.5 OEM
AC and DC as of today.

As a reminder, please note that all UR20 and UR30 robots including the OEM CB5.5 variants require
a 3PE device based on Safety standards. A 3PE Teach Pendant can be purchased as a spare part if
required.
