Product update notification: UR Care Service Plans

Effective October 13, 2025, Universal Robots is simplifying its UR Care service offerings to better align with customer needs, partner feedback, and market expectations.

Products affected:

UR Care Primary, UR Care Plus, and UR Care Premium

What’s changing?

• UR Care Primary is being re-introduced as a Warranty Extension—a simple, cost-effective option for customers seeking peace of mind.
• UR Care Premium will be updated with a simplified feature set, focusing on core value and ease of understanding.
• The existing UR Care Premium feature set will be discontinued. The last order date is December 31, 2025.
• UR Care Plus will be discontinued. The last order date is December 31, 2025.

Transition plan

We are committed to supporting our existing customers. A transition plan will be provided for all current UR Care Premium and UR Care Plus customers to ensure continuity and satisfaction.
