Cobots are designed to interact directly with human operators, ensuring safety through limited force and speeds. The miniPAL+™ safety features include area scanners and radar, which monitor the palletizing cell and slow the robot to collaborative speeds if a person enters. Additionally, guarding creates a physical barrier while optimizing the footprint of 10' x 11'.

Dual pallet building locations reduce downtime when one pallet load is completed and needs to be removed from the cell. The system uses 110V AC power from a standard power outlet, making it quick and easy to integrate. It can be set up and running within a day of deployment
