The mechatronic centric gripper EZU reliably handles cylindrical workpieces and is particularly flexible in workpiece handling due to its extensively adjustable, freely programmable jaw stroke. Thanks to its robust, sealed construction and the expandable gripping force in StrongGrip mode, it is particularly suited for handling high workpiece weights. It meets all the requirements for demanding production and assembly processes. Due to its design and sealing concept, it is particularly suitable for automated loading and unloading of lathes. In the automotive industry, the EZU can also be used, for example, in handling shafts or gears.
Depending on the size, the gripper seamlessly integrates with a UR robot in both single and double configurations, without the need for external wiring. It connects directly to the robot's tool interface, eliminating the need for additional gateways, ensuring a streamlined and efficient installation process.
