High Flex Cable Extension Options

Universal Robots offers drag-chain suitable High flex cable options of robot cable, connecting the arm and control box. This enables integration with 7th axis systems, allowing the robot to extend the workspace for tending multiple machines, welding larger workspaces or palletizing higher pallets. The High flex cable options are available in 6- or 12-meter versions.

The Base Flange Connector allows for easy cable exchange, and enables easier servicing of the robot.
With the Base Flange Connector, the options are open for the user to select between cables that suit the application.
New e-Series robot systems delivered from September 2020 will have the Base Flange Connector, and older systems may have this added through service.
