功能安全規範適用於 IMMI 上的 UR 停止輸出。 納入功能安全規範是整合商之責任，因為這亦包含注塑機之規範。

e-Series Injection Molding Machine Interface (IMMI) 應用包含以下組件：

  • 具有符合 EUROMAP 67 / SPI AN-146 規範的注塑機。
  • Universal Robots e-Series 機器人，包含協作機器手臂和 UR e-Series 控制箱 (具備 Rev.F2 安全控制板)。
  • e-Series IMMI 模組，包含 IMMI 模組和一條 IMMI 電纜。
  • 機器人末端執行器，例如夾爪。

在控制箱中安裝序號早於 2020020161 的 e-Series Injection Molding Machine Interface (IMMI) 可能會導致裝置或產品損壞。

  • 安裝 IMMI 模組前，請先驗證控制箱序號。
  • 您可以在必要時驗證安全控制板。
控制箱

控制箱序號位於控制箱支架下面。 下圖所示即標籤和控制箱序號。

 
安全控制板

安全控制板序號位於安全控制板的背面。 您必須拆卸控制箱支架才能取得 F2 版本安全控制板 (F2 = RM)。
