Log Messages

The Log Messages page lists all log messages from the system. The page has four buttons at the top of the messages list. The two red buttons allow for filtering on messages for faults and violations independently. The rightmost filter button shows/hides violations, whereas the filter button next to it shows/hides faults.

System

Use the System page to generate a flight report and export support files to external storage.

Export Support File and Generate Flight Report buttons

Export Support Files

  1. Insert a USB into the Teach Pendant.

  2. On the System page, tap Export Support Files.

  3. Select the connected external media as the destination.

  4. Tap Export. All existing flight reports are bundled into a single ZIP file and copied to the selected USB device.

Generate Flight Report

  1. On the System page, tap Generate Flight Report.

  2. Wait for the report to complete. The robot generates the report internally and can take a few minutes depending on system state.

  3. If generation fails, check for the following error conditions: a timeout, insufficient disk space on the robot, or too many concurrent requests.

  4. Retry once the underlying condition is resolved.

Generate Flight Report creates the report on the robot only. It does not copy any file to external media. You must run Export Support Files afterward to retrieve the generated report to USB.

The Generate Flight Report and Export Support Files actions have Robot-API equivalents (POST /robot-api/supportfiles/v1 and GET /robot-api/supportfiles/v1) for automated retrieval without Teach Pendant interaction. For more information, see Robot-API.
