Wrist 3 Infinite Rotation
Unique to the UR3e, infinite rotation of the last wrist joint enables continuous processes, simpler programming, and higher uptime in high-cycle applications. Continuous motion: enables uninterrupted rotation for screwdriving, dispensing, polishing, and other spindle-based processes without forced stops or reversals. Higher uptime: eliminates unwind moves and reset motions, reducing cycle interruptions in repetitive, high-volume production. Simpler programming: removes joint angle limits and reduces motion complexity, making programs more intuitive and robust. Improved durability: prevents cable twisting and fatigue, extending the life of dress packs and integrated end-of-arm tooling.
