The package includes high-quality robot technology, innovative welding technology from Lorch, intuitive Lorch Cobotronic software and a comprehensive service offer with individual training and support - even after the initial start-up. With this Cobot welding solutions, you increase your competitiveness and benefit from high-quality and visually superior weld seams that are welded 100 % spatter-free on a wide range of materials. The Lorch Cobot Welding Solutions enable an easy entry into welding automation for small and medium-sized companies that want to take the step towards Industry 4.0.
Simple initial start-up: plug and weld. Lorch employees or approved sales partners take care of the installation of the system and the training of your employees directly on site. CE approval is also issued at the same time. The programming of the power source and robot is carried out via the teach box with touch screen or via the multifunction flange.
After all parameters have been set, the welding program is started by pressing the start button on the teach panel or on the welding table. The robot runs the programmed steps and the welding system welds the workpieces. As soon as the welding program is finished, the welded parts are removed. New parts can be inserted and the robot starts again.
