Overview

Plug and weld. Installation and training is carried out by Lorch employees or approved sales partners. They also issue the CE approval. Power source and robot are programmed via the teachbox with touchscreen or the multifunction flange.
Once all parameters have been set, the welding program is started by pressing the start button on the welding table or on the teach panel. The robot follows the programmed steps and the welding system welds the parts. When the welding program is finished, the welded parts are removed, new parts are inserted and the robot restarts.
