Ticket Priority - 24/7 prioritized responsiveness to myUR tickets and closed loop fast resolution process. Priority for On-site Response Time - Onsite-support will be at your location less than 24/48 hours, after you have engaged with our customer support. 1 emergency visit per Cobot/year is included. Connectivity - Basic: Automatic cloud backup of robot data and programs, with revision management to easily track changes and roll back if necessary. Advanced: Basic plus suite of tools that help you recover from stoppages as fast as possible and manage your productivity, including remote support, stop alerts, remote updates, cloud programming, MES integration, and productivity tracking. Connectivity is mandatory to access the above Service Level. Please note that Connectivity is not available for CB3 cobots. Customers need to provide required support files via myUR and response times on-site will start to count after UR will have received the support files. On-site Preventive Maintenance - Biannual (2/year) preventative maintenance checks and fine-tuning on-site. 2 planned preventative visits per cobot/year are included. Value-Adding Training - Receive a 10% discount when booking a seat at one of our 130+ training centers or for Live Virtual Simulator-based trainings. Loaner Cobot - Optional time bound loaner cobot if Factory cobot has to be removed/decommissioned. All Spare parts/consumables - Premium: unlimited spare parts and consumables for the cobot. - Plus: 10% discount on spare parts and consumables.
