WireTank TCP Calibration Station

The challenge with robotic dispensing applications that require a high level of precision - the “Tool Center Point (TCP)” of the robot will change every time the syringe or tip is changed. This can result in translations that will affect the reliability and repeatability of your automated process. The TCP Calibration Station automates the recalibration process, so that an accurate TCP can be automatically redefined within seconds either from a running program or triggered manually by the operator.

WireBridge I/O provides seamless integration of additional signal types to the UR e-Series. Compatible with over a hundred different module configurations, it expands the I/O capability of the robot beyond simple digital and analog, bringing multi-level I/O, relay control, temperature monitoring, and more.

The motorized WireTank Dispenser removes the variability introduced by the use of compressed air in most dispensing systems. Designed specifically for Universal Robots, it can be mounted at the robot wrist, allowing you to go from unboxing to dispensing in under 15 minutes.  Fully programmable within the Teach Pendant through the included URCap, eliminating the need of additional equipment.

WireTank Serial allows the user to connect external instruments with serial ports such as scales and power supplies to the Polyscope software of the Universal Robot by simply installing the provided URCap and connecting the instrument to the robots' USB port via the provided USB cable. 

The WireTank Joystick brings mechanical movement control to the UR eSeries. The included URCap lets users intuitively control the robot while focusing on the movements rather than the screen. The user-defined discrete step feature makes it ideal for applications that require high-precision. Easy plug-and-play installation, available in wireless and industrial form factors.

Leveraging WERMA’s trusted hardware, the WireTank Stack Light Tower adds software defined sensory feedback to your UR station through a single USB wire, allowing you to monitor your station while saving the robot’s digital outputs for your application.   The URCap offers two modes of operation:   Program defined: Programmatically control each element to alert your operator at any point of interest in your program cycle by flashing a light or playing a sound (e.g., end of a cycle, material refills).   Continuous monitoring: Tie the logic of your elements to robot safety modes, software registers, or the status of digital outputs to get a more granular representation of your robot’s status. (e.g., emergency stop, safeguard stop, protective stop).   Pair the USB terminal with up to five audio/visual elements to effectively communicate the urgency of each status, improving the productivity and safety of your station.
