Pendant Armor® for 3PE

This disposable style Robot cover is intended to protect the robot from paint, fluid splash, and dusty/dirty conditions. They are available for the UR3, UR5, UR10, UR16 and UR20 (Both CB and e-Series).

The Robosuit® is a protective cover for the full range of UR arms. Each cover is custom-manufactured to your specific application and need and will protect your UR robot from extremes in temperature, sharp metal turnings, cutting fluids and coolants, and particulate (grit, dust and debris).  Coverage can be extended to EOAT and grippers, controllers and even teach pendant protection.

ペンダントアーマー® は、シンプルでありながら効果の高いシリコンフリーのゴム製フレームです。ティーチペンダントを誤って落としてしまった場合に保護してくれます。 　一体成形されたサントプレーンTMエネルギー吸収フレームは、URティーチペンダントのケーブルを取り外さなくてもティーチペンダントの上端まで伸びます。 　また、タッチパネル保護フィルムもオプションでご用意しています。この保護フィルムは、光学グレードの熱可塑性ポリウレタン（TPU）から製造しており、お使いの画面サイズに合わせてプレカットして出荷します。お使いのタッチパネルでの性能を保証します。

The Climate-Controlled Robosuit® allows users to employ a UR robot in manufacturing conditions beyond the OEM-specified environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, chemical exposure, etc.). If requesting a quote, please be certain to indicate if your need is for heating, cooling or both.

Each cover is custom manufactured to your specific application and coverage desires and will protect your UR robot from welding extremes including temperature, slag, sparks, UV exposure, and particulate (grit, dust, and debris).
