The system captures real-time position and orientation data, allowing robots to adapt to variations in part placement without fixtures or manual adjustments, improving flexibility and reducing tooling costs. The AT-S1000-06A series is optimized for challenging materials like reflective metals and dark surfaces, with advanced filtering to handle varying lighting conditions, including outdoor environments.

Supporting Eye-in-Hand and Eye-to-Hand setups, and featuring URCap integration with built-in calibration tools, the solution enables fast deployment—typically within an hour—without extensive programming. This makes it a cost-effective way to enhance productivity, flexibility, and automation performance.

How Does it Work?:

• ALSONTECH engineers select the most suitable hardware and software configuration based on the customer's actual application requirements and production environment.

• Users can then easily install the system and complete the hardware setup.

• Through the dedicated URCap, users can connect and configure the camera, perform calibration, and quickly implement basic robotic operations such as picking and placing.
