FHS-UHE Set

The Flexible Holder System (FHS) is used for dress pack on UR robots. It is designed for quick and tool-free installation. Both the basic body of the FHS and the hook-and-loop tape are manufactured in a 2K process. This ensures a secure and non-slip fixing of the media supply as well as a robot-friendly mounting. A modified conduit with a longitudinal slot is used, making it easy to pull in pre-assembled cables with plugs. Complete set includes all necessary parts for UR3, UR5 and UR10.

Insert the cables into the corrugated pipe using the enclosed drawing tool.
Cut the ET strain relief and push the cables through the strain relief grommet.
Place the ET strain relief onto the corrugated pipe.
Position the FHS on the robot and close it with Velcro.
Place the corrugated tube in the holders and close the holders.
