Quick-Move Robot Base Changer

Quick-Move Robot Base Changers allow precise robot portability between multiple workstations for increased flexibility and productivity. A single Quick-Move robot Base Plate can be coupled to an endless number of workstation mounting bases for multi-purpose robot applications. Solutions for standard robot mounting and user-machined mounting configurations are supported.

Quick-Move Robot Base Changers allow for quick interchangeability of small robots from one workstation to the next while providing high stiffness and repeatability. The Base Plate is mounted at a fixed location while the Robot Adapter Plate mounts to any robots from Universal Robotics.

A Blank Robot Plate is available to machine custom mount patterns. This Robot Adapter Plate can be aligned with the Base Plate in two different orientations depending on the robot’s manufacturer.
