Joe Campbell is a veteran of the robotics industry. After executive assignments in operations, customer service, sales, and marketing, Joe is now head of North America marketing and solutions development for Universal Robots.

Kim Povlsen has been president at Universal Robot since March 2021. Kim has a master’s degree in electronics engineering and computer science from the seminal Maersk McKinney Moller Institute at Southern Denmark University.

Lacey Farry is the global product marketing manager at Universal Robots. Building on her background in electrical and electronics engineering, Lacey has worked in product marketing in different technical domains for several years.

Lars is a veteran in research and development with a solid track record of robust and reliable products. He has several years of experience in executive R&D roles in different technology companies such as NOKIA.

Samuel is the CEO and co-founder of Robotiq and the author of Lean Robotics: A Guide to Making Robots Work in Your Factory. Building on his passion for robotics and while he was still finishing his Ph.D., Samuel created Robotiq in 2008 with the mission of freeing human hands from repetitive tasks.

Steffen Künstner is the CEO of Jugard+Künstner, a family-owned German company in the tool-making and mechanical engineering industries. After 75 successful years, Jugard+Künstner identified a market gap and, at Steffen's hands, decided to take the leap into robotics in 2011.
