tidyPal is a solution formed by a hardware and a software that allows the automatization of the palletizing process.It is designed to build a pallet with an optimal efficiency, a stacking velocity up to 10 box/min and a pallet height up to 2.2 m. Completely integrated to be set up through the UR teach pendant, allowing to configure the different components of the station such as the pallet type, box size, working mode, etc.
tidyPal will arrive ready and connected for installation, which will take no more than an hour. Once installed, the user will have to configure the URCap software with the parameters he deems appropriate. In the end, he will only have to run the URCap to start the palletising cycle.
