The system is based on a well thought-out, industrialized design with pioneering functionality. A Universal Robots 10e and a lifting column are used to realize pallet heights of 2000 mm. Due to the versatile possibilites of the platform, the FlexPalletizer can be used for the following applications:

• Floor level palletizing
• Load transfer stations to mobile robots from conveyor belts or other fixed units.
• Unloading/loading systems
• Dual Palletizing System

Lots of technology are concealed on a console which does not exceed the size of a euro pallet. Easy placement and recognition of pallets is possible. The system can be expanded flexibly. The pneumatic system has two channels with a buffer designed to run the cycle without losing the product.
