FlexPalletizer

The system is based on a well thought-out, industrialized design with pioneering functionality. A Universal Robots 10e and a lifting column are used to realize pallet heights of 2000 mm. Due to the versatile possibilites of the platform, the FlexPalletizer can be used for the following applications: Floor level palletizing Load transfer stations to mobile robots from conveyor belts or other fixed units. Unloading/loading systems Dual Palletizing System Lots of technology are concealed on a console which does not exceed the size of a euro pallet. Easy placement and recognition of pallets is possible. The system can be expanded flexibly. The pneumatic system has two channels with a buffer designed to run the cycle without losing the product.

The URcap for the FlexPalletizer is flexible, smooth and quick to install. Complete automation of palletizing, within one day your palletizer is up and running.
The supplied sizing pattern database allows you to easily select the desired pallet layout. A sizing pattern is included in the delivery program. However, the program can be extended to your needs at any time.
