While standard six-axis cobots are confined to a fixed footprint, this high-precision linear transfer unit moves your UR3e, UR5e, UR10e, UR16e, UR20, or UR30 smoothly along an extended track, turning a single robot into a multi-station workhorse.

Vention's MachineMotion™ enables plug-and-play integration of the UR arm with the entire Vention ecosystem of automated equipment, such as conveyors, range extenders, turntables, pneumatics, and more. The URCap takes less than 15 minutes to set-up and provides code-free commands to deploy robot cell peripherals in a very intuitive fashion. It includes features such as a manual jogger and a teach mode, which enable a faster, simplified workflow for entering the desired actuator positions. The MachineMotion™ controller supplies up to four external servo axes with a single controller, plus four IO modules to expand the available IOs by 16. The safety chain can be connected using a Vention Robot Safety Module, which enables easy connection to all of the Vention safety ecosystem of interlocks, laser scanners, light curtains, and e-stop modules.

Vention's cobot palletizers are entirely modular and easy-to-operate solutions to palletize a wide variety of products. The telescopic lift column is a rigid, high force column designed for heavy duty applications. Since this fully enclosed column has no pinch points, requires minimal maintenance and has a payload capacity of up to 25 kg, it can be used in a variety of applications. The efficiency of the actuator is tuned to ensure a self-locking system to be completely safe for cobot usage while minimizing friction and energy loss. The motor, sensors and drive components are all pre-installed inside the lift column, leaving only the mounting of the column to the ground or frame, the robot atop the column, and plugging the column into the controller the only steps to be fully deployed.

Vention's box erecting solutions are entirely modular and easy-to-operate solutions to erect a wide variety of boxes. This offering can produce up to seven boxes per minute and is adaptable to different box sizes, accommodating multiple SKUs at the same time. It features easy-to-use software with a live progress monitoring page, an unlimited SKU library, multi-magazine support as well as extra large magazines (up to 200 boxes), reducing the need for frequent refilling to form enough boxes for two pallets. The Vention Rapid Series Palletizer (RSP) is a high-performance, modular palletizing cell designed for rapid deployment and operational flexibility.
