The PreciGrip Gripper Kit is suitable for handling different components and the gripper can be quickly adapted to the geometry of the component. It was developed from years of experience in gripper construction. The form-fitting connection allows for maxium precision and repeatability. The target is to set up the gripper in a 90 degree orientation of the gripper compontens and to make only the active element such as the suction cup or the parallel gripper adjustable. Only two tools are required for the individual systems (P13 / P22). All components from the standard gripper kit from AGS Automation are compatible with this. The entire modular gripper system comprises approx. 2500 components, the HRC (Human Robot Collaboration) modular system comprises approx. 100 components. Components such as gripper change systems, profiles, profile accessories, clamping pieces or gripper arms are at your disposal. You can also get additional active elements like vacuum cups, gripper, parallelgripper, gripper fingers etc. No channel nuts are required, so components can be added at any time. Alca Palletizer is a collaborative robot palletizer that can handle payloads of up to 11.5kg at seven boxes per minute*, without a fence or cage surrounding it. The small footprint gives flexibility and scalability in its location and it can be moved easily on other end of lines thanks to the rugged design and the forklift entrance. Following ISO standard 13849 and TS/15066 for robots, the Alca Palletizer is designed to work alongside personnel, if an operator comes into contact with the robot arm, it will automatically stop to reduce the risk of injury; Laser scanner, radars and other safety devices can also be integrated for maximize safety (Optional on request). Alca Palletizer comes with fully integrated Rocketfarm "Pally" software. This allows to quickly design a new pallet pattern or load an existing one, including interlayers and adjustments for label location. Robot movements are optimized and synchronized with its telescopic pillar for the quick pick per minutes. Typical programming can be done in 15 minutes. Alca Palletizer is easy to install and configure, destined to become a new work colleague! The easy way to tele-operate Universal Robots: Advanced Mechanics Assistance System (AMAS) from Extend Robotics allows a Universal Robot to be tele-operated by a remote user over the Internet. Using an off-the-shelf virtual reality headset and handsets, intuitive arm-and-hand gestures can be used to control the robot in every degree-of-freedom and actuate the end-effectors.Within the AMAS virtual reality environment, user is immersed in a game-like 3D representation of the robot's workspace. This 3D environment is generated using a small peripheral SenseKit attachment that fits to the base of the Universal Robot. Thereby allowing a non-technical user to tele-operate the arm from any remote location over any network, either local or Internet.Why is this useful? Tele-operation can be used in situations where it is hard to achieve full automation. It can also be used to maintain continuity in workflows at times when it is inconvenient to go into the workplace (for example: unloading a 3D-print or a CNC machine over the weekend; refreshing the feedstock; or initiating a new job).
