Mech-Eye NANO ULTRA-GL, featuring impressive ambient light resistance and anti-reflection capability, can capture clear, detailed point clouds of reflective weldments and metal parts even under strong light (> 60,000 lx).
The plug-and-play URCap helps to easily integrate a UR robot into the Mech-Mind Vision System, reducing the set-up and installation time for the robot.

How Does it Work?:
Mech-Mind 3D Vision & AI includes the individual Mech-Eye industrial 3D camera and the software suite for machine vision and robot programming. After the installation, individual vision projects can be easily built with the code-free user interface to capture images and locate objects. The projects can even be triggered from the UR teach pendant to get the poses of the object. Additional features like collision avoidance, optimal grasping strategy, etc. can be easily included during the robot programming process.
