The solution features a series of "Quick Start" configurations that can be customized in hours using MachineBuilder, enabling a deployment process that is 3x faster than traditional methods. Built with best-in-class components from trusted welding brands, the system integrates seamlessly with all Universal Robots cobots and multiple power source types.

The ecosystem offers six primary hardware configurations to fit various shop layouts and production volumes:

• Mobile Welding Station:

A pedestal-based unit designed for relocation between multiple weld tables.

• Compact Welding Carts:

Integrated cells customized based on storage needs and power source size.

• Multiple Welding Stations:

Scalable modular tables paired with long-reach robot arms for multi-task processing.

• 7th Axis (Floor or Overhead):

Floor-mounted rails for increased autonomy/volume, or overhead frames to simplify access to hard-to-reach areas on large workpieces.

• Safety Enclosures:

Integrated polycarbonate Tuffak weld curtains to ensure employee safety.
