Delivering fast, accurate 3D imaging, these cameras achieve sub-millimeter positioning accuracy when integrated with Universal Robots and support flexible installation.
Designed to enhance automation in applications such as machine tending, bin picking, depalletizing, assembly, and material handling, the system captures high-quality 3D data to determine real-time position and orientation of parts. This enables robots to adapt to variations without fixtures or manual adjustments, reducing costs and improving flexibility, changeovers, and equipment utilization.
The AT-S1000-0XC series uses proven structured light technology with over 10 years of deployment and 12,000+ applications, generating dense, detailed point cloud data for reliable positioning and motion planning. Its upgraded blue-light technology ensures strong compatibility across different materials, including moderately reflective surfaces.
Supporting Eye-in-Hand and Eye-to-Hand setups, and featuring URCap integration with built-in calibration, the system can be installed and deployed in about one hour without extensive programming, making advanced robotic automation accessible, efficient, and cost-effective.
