By capturing high-quality 3D data and calculating real-time position and orientation, the system provides accurate coordinates and offset compensation, allowing robots to manage variations in part placement, stacking, and flow without dedicated fixtures or manual adjustments. This reduces tooling costs, simplifies changeovers, and supports mixed-model production, improving overall efficiency.
