MTPReel

The MTPReel™️is an innovative cable retraction system designed to ensure safe, organized, and efficient cable handling in industrial environments. It eliminates cable clutter and significantly improves workplace safety by preventing loose cables from lying on the floor.

In applications such as teach pendants, collaborative robots, and other dynamic systems, unmanaged cables often create safety risks and reduce operational efficiency. MTPReel automatically manages excess cable length, keeping the workspace clean and structured at all times.

The system can be easily integrated into existing production setups and is suitable for both standard and custom cables. Thanks to its open design, MTPReel is compatible with a wide range of cable types, providing maximum flexibility for various industrial applications.

How Does it Work?:

The MTPReel system operates with an automatic retraction mechanism that dynamically adjusts the cable length during operation.

As the user the system smoothly extends the cable to the required length. When the cable is no longer needed, it is automatically retracted back into the unit. This ensures that excess cable is never left on the ground.

By maintaining controlled cable tension and routing, MTPReel prevents common issues such as tangling, twisting, or dragging. This significantly reduces mechanical stress on the cable and protects it from damage.
