Pickit 3D Vision Systems

Pickit 3D Vision Systems allow customers to solve robotic automation challenges by adding the power of 3D Vision. Supported automation scenarios include structured and semi-structured bin picking, depalletization, surface finishing, dispensing and assembly. URCap plugin unlocks various vision-guided tasks with minimal programming effort. Pickit provides a range of 3D vision systems with both standard and high-definition cameras to detect small, medium and large-sized objects with high accuracy. Thanks to their compact form, Pickit systems are highly suited for robot-mount applications.

From your Universal Robots' teach pendant, you can ask Pickit to detect the products you want to handle. The Pickit 3D system then captures 3D images and processes them at high speed to detect the positions of your products. These positions are sent back to the robot so it can perform its task.

Software version required:  For the URcap (recommended URCap 2.1.2), polyscope (e-series): 5.8 - 5.10, polyscope (CB-series): 3.13 - 3.15.*

*The most recent supported Polyscope version represents what has been officially tested by Pickit. More recent Polyscope versions typically work out of the box.
