CoboWeldTIG
Computech has developed the CoboWeldTIG for customers looking for flexibility with an easy-to-learn robot system that meets the need of basic automated welding. The software and integration kit developed by Computech allows shops to advance into automation at a reduced price when compared to the higher cost of industrial robotic systems. Skilled welders are becoming even more difficult to find and retain; the CoboWeldTIG can help with these challenges with its ease of use, flexibility, and quick re-deployment to different applications within the shop daily. Someone with little to no PC or robot experience can learn to program the robot within a few minutes.

The CoboWeld system is a complete modular welding unit designed for flexible welding automation.
The CoboWeld software integrates the TIG equipment to the robot system for an easy to use, easy to train, and allows fast programming for your everyday production requirements. Welding parameters can be adjusted from the pendant, saved, and reused for specific applications. The modular cart unit can be easily relocated within your shop for deployment on your joining production operations. Team members can load parts on the table, start the operation, and then perform additional tasks in parallel while the CoboWeld TIG system is operating.
Programming capabilities include: weaving, torch angle adjustment, tack-welding, linear welds & circular welds. If you feel your application needs a custom solution, Computech can design and build whatever you need; such as: fixtures & tooling, part positioners, special table sizes, or additional controls features.
