Kameleon Palletizing

Kameleon Palletizing' is a complete palletizing solution with a super quick ROI (Return on investment). Multiple box sizes, pallet types, label orientations all in one easy to setup application. For an easy setup, the palletizing solution includes the Pally URCap, which is a software that makes palletizing automated, flexible and stable. It handles changes in production easily, so that you can adapt the robot palletizer to your needs. The solution comes with the palletizing robots UR10e, UR20 and UR30 from Universal Robots. Included in the solution you also get vacuum grippers and all additional equipment such as stand, cable and frame for two pallet spaces.

After going through the initial setup guided by our technicians the Pally URcap calculates all the movements, the operator choses what product is arriving on the conveyor and starts the program. No extra setup needed. When a pallet is full, the operator replaces it and comfirms that a new pallet is in place directly on the teach pendant.
