Docked directly onto the vice, the CLAMPBOOSTER recognises autonomously whether the vice in the machine is closed or open thanks to its integrated sensor system. It reacts accordingly by automatically closing or opening the clamping device. No command from the robot is necessary. The CLAMPBOOSTER then communicates to the robot that the production process can continue.
