EVOTEC protective covers for all UR cobot models, made of various types of technical fabrics. Help ensure safe operation of the robot in harmful conditions. Extend the robot’s lifetime and allow it to work in harmful environment. Help maintain hygienic conditions in food production.
The cover is made of technical fabric, the type of which depends on the application. It is fastened along its whole length with fasteners suitable for the application (e.g. velcro, water-resistant zipper etc.). The cover is designed with looser fabric in joint areas, which allows the cobot to move freely. Nothing has to be removed or disconnected for installation. Covers can be customized with cable holders, pockets etc.

Software informationEVOTEC protective covers for UR cobots are made of technical fabrics with various properties depending on the working environment conditions. They are designed in a way that ensures free movement of the robot without triggering sensors. Covers help protect vulnerable areas of the cobot from harmful factors such as dust, abrasives, coolants, corrosive chemicals, heat and others. Depending on the conditions, the covers can be divided into categories:
- EVO_coat – painting, coating
- EVO_dust – machning, dusty or wet conditions
- EVO_heat – high heat conditions, e.g. in welding
- EVO_pure – high cleanliness, e.g. in food production
Covers are made on demand, with possibility of customization and adjusting the design to individual requirements.
