ColWeld
The ColWeld cobot welding system is a complete welding solution for low to medium batch size welding. It is supplied with the ColWeld URCAP software which allows the user to simply create welds by defining the beginning and end points and selecting the weld type. In addition, it is designed to safely allow twin workstation manufacture for maximising productivity. Finally, ColWeld Sense uses advanced force sensing to adjust the weld points where there is part to part variation. Colbotic Automation provides a complete turnkey solution including equipment, training and support to help you automate your individual welding applications. The package comes with a specially designed 2.4 m long table for welding large parts and to allow twin workstation manufacture. The control panel mounts the pendant at the perfect height for operation and protection from arc radiation. ColWeld provides a simple, productive and robust solution to your welding needs.
