OnRobot's 2FG7 is a complete, low-cost, off-the-shelf electric parallel gripper that can be deployed within minutes and requires no custom engineering for installation, programming, or maintenance. The 2FG7 is easily redeployed on any collaborative robot, making it ideal for low-volume, high-mix production, and enabling fast ROI for many different applications.

The 3FG15 is ideal for gripping a wide range of cylindrical objects in machine-tending applications such as CNC lathe machines. The gripper’s design automatically centers workpieces, resulting in fast deployment with a strong, stable grip and precise placement. With a payload of up to 15kg, the 3FG15 competes with larger, bulkier, and much less flexible finger grippers. The robust, stable grip with three contact points allows the gripper to be quickly and easily redeployed for different processes. Thanks to customizable fingertips the 3FG25 can flexibly grip a diverse range of part sizes and shapes.

The OnRobot Lift100 is a long-stroke, high-payload robot elevator that adds a versatile seventh axis to the collaborative six-axis robot arm from Universal Robots. The Lift100 has minimal deflection, even with higher loads and at high speeds, to ensure precise positioning of boxes in palletizing applications. Its integrated safety features, with TÜV certified stop functionality, allows collaborative deployment with human workers (once a risk assessment has been performed).

The new bracket makes it much easier to change the gripper’s orientation, but still has the same range of motions and positions it always had. The cable is supported through the Quick Changer, so there’s no cable on the side eliminating the need to connect and disconnect when it’s time to change tools. It works seamlessly with our Dual Quick Changer and any of our other grippers to help you maximize utilization of your robots. RG2 now comes standard with safety shields.
