Data Collector

Data Collector is an app for the Siemens Industrial Edge ecosystem that allows you to extract data from Universal Robots (UR) collaborative robots using the RTDE protocol. With this software, you can capture all available variables from the robot: positions, accelerations, currents, forces, inputs, outputs, states, and more.

• Compatible with any UR Polysope and any URCap.
• It requires the IED-OS Siemens Industrial Edge Device (Operating System), ≥V2.0.
• DATA COLLECTOR allows you to extract and analyze real-time data from your Universal Robots (UR) collaborative robots using the RTDE protocol, capturing key variables such as positions, accelerations, currents, forces, inputs, outputs, and operational states. 

How Does it Work?:

Choose the variables you want to recover, check if they are available for the RTDE protocol from the official guide published by Universal Robots, perform the configuration, get the log record of the deployed app to verify no connection errors and go!!!
