The COBOTIC 100 creates welding cycles which can be programmed directly from the torch's handle; therefore, it bypasses using the UR monitor. The operator doesn't need to have any experience of welding and will never interfere with the welding machine. The cell is designed so that the parameters are calculated based on the simple information that the operator gives regarding the metal sheet.

Set up is very simple all that the operator must do is position the cell with a forklift and connect the electrical current - pressured air- suction.

• PRECISION Cutting-edge technology thanks to the use of UR5e collaborative robot with 6 axes and 6 rotating DoF joints with +/-0.03mm precision and payload according to ISO 92833.
• SIMPLE USE Operations are quick and easy thanks to the most important commands being positioned on the torch handle. The touch screen control panel for programming and controlling the entire unit completes the equipment of COBOTIC 100.
• EASY HANDLING It is possible to configure and re-configure the layout of the production lines in an extremely agile way. The robotic cell structure has been designed for easy handling by forklift or crane, as it is composed of a unique part easy to be moved.
• SAFETY The robotic cell is completely safe thanks to automatic closing of all protection doors. Furthermore, the cell is equipped with many advanced adjustable safety devices, including the continuous monitoring of the robot’s elbow. The whole cell is predisposed to guarantee a correct extraction of the fumes.
• WORKING AREA COBOTIC 100T is a robotic cell for TIG welding with a working range of 2400 mm x 1200 mm. Alternatively, it is possible to work with 2 stations of 1200mm x 1200mm.
