Make your cobot palletizer faster and simpler. ELEVATE is an easy-to-use electric lifting column that extends the range of your cobot, where it is especially relevant – in height. Moreover, it delivers on both speed and flexibility to optimise your palletizer. The integrated controller combined with the ELEVATE URCap facilitates easy and quick integration into your system. It is directly connected to the cobot controller, with no need for an extra control box in between. Up to 100 mm/s speed independent of load and direction is implemented without compromising precision nor stability. Therefore, ELEVATE is the go-to lifting column to extend the reach of collaborative robots in material handling. ELEVATE is compatible with MyRobot.cloud, a digital twin simulation tool. Simulate and fine-tune your palletising project from anywhere, then upload the programme to your hardware when ready.The ELEVATE URcap can be found in the Pally palletising solution – an intuitive, no-code software.

ELEVATE comes with a UR accessory kit for easy setup. The kit includes a mounting plate for cobots from Universal Robots, screws for the column, and power and signal cables. ELEVATE does not come with safety relay/contactors nor power supply, which means you can use it with your preferred power supply and safety setup with safety relays. This makes ELEVATE an adaptable component within any palletiser setup.

Simply connect the column with the UR control box and install the ELEVATE URCap. After the initialization sequence, the column is ready to use for your palletizing program.

InterfacesThe electric lifting column comes with three interface options: ELEVATE™ Easy, ELEVATE Pro or ELEVATE Modbus TCP/IP. All interface options work with the ELEVATE URCap, and the user only needs to insert the desired position.

• ELEVATE Easy will fully raise or lower the cobot. The interface uses only two digital inputs and two digital outputs
• ELEVATE Pro runs to any desired target position. It is speed controlled by an analogue 4-20 mA output. Position feedback is provided by the encoder inputs.
• ELEVATE Modbus is controlled over Modbus TCP/IP and can be positioned at any desired position. It uses the ethernet port of the UR control box.
